Haven 4.7

FINALLY. When he was walking away, I was like, don't you walk away, Nathan! And he listened! Eeeee! Also, yes, correct, do wear henleys, Nathan. His dream was quite funny. (I have so had the dream that goes, wait, what exam, I never signed up for this class!) And that was our first look inside Nathan's home, right? Why was he sleeping on the couch, I wonder? I am guessing he is not like Mulder, whose bedroom was taken up by his porn collection, so what could be in Nathan's? Exotic smelling plants? Actually, it was probably a practical plot/staging consideration to have him sleep in range of the door to hear Audrey's banging/shouting. Not like I've never fallen asleep on my couch.

So is Jennifer Arla and James's kid, born in the Barn? I'm trying to think how that would work, if time passes slowly inside (why Audrey doesn't age). Or maybe the pregnancy happened during the Lucy era?

Oh Duke. How adorable are you, bringing Nathan lukewarm coffee? You are making the wrong call in keeping the secret. When you found the knife photo, you should have gone to them. And yet, you are making the wrong call because you don't want Audrey and Nathan to be disappointed in you, which is so heartbreaking. (And they might be disappointed anyhow, if you date their granddaughter, instead of them.) Do you think they won't notice your Trouble is cured? I was texting my friend and totally called him curing his own Trouble. I'm not quite convinced with Wade's characterization. I think he either needed to be more straight up evil, or more conflicted-but-a-junkie. Instead, he was just sort of, oh, this is what I do now. I don't see how someone who just learned about the Troubles gets to near serial killerdom in, like, one episode!

Hi, Dualla! I knew it was your Trouble, as you were far too famous for the little scene just at the beginning. (Sort of like on Castle, how you know the killer is always the guest star whose face you recognize.) Is it just me or does the handprint sort of look like the light effect from when the Bar(n) was imploding? Not the white light seen from the outside, but the light seen by Lexie when still inside? I should go double-check. I think I know why they cast that giant guy as one of the Barn dudes harassing Lexie: so we'd be sure to recognize him when he showed up several episodes later. He leaves an impression. No theories yet, I can't even think of what it might mean.

Off to vote for Haven for People's Choice Awards nominations some more!
