Peeps contest winners

imwaldeAs suspected, what with not being interviewed and it nearly being Easter, I did not win this year's Washington Post Peeps Diorama contest, but the pictures of the winning entries are here for your perusal, if you are curious.
I think the winner is both creative and impressive, so no quibbles there, but I was not equally impressed with all of the semi-finalists. I liked a lot of them, but I also think mine was as good as a number of others, but it's all a matter of taste, I suppose. (And one of veterans storming the barricades during the shutdown -- called it!) Oh well, there's always next year.
