Ok, so here's the deal. I bought a 15GB iPod almost two years ago. I love iGor my iPod so so much. But iGor is a little old, and now the battery doesn't hold its charge anymore. I don't want to trade him in, because Apple's program for battery failure would give me the same model (oooooold, like pre click-wheel) and iGor works just fine when plugged in. It can still be my car stereo and still play through my stereo at home, it just can't be my mobile music unit anymore.

But I'm torn, I don't know whether I want to supplement iGor's capability or replace it. If I bought a Nano, that would be a mobile unit, but with only 4 GB, it wouldn't replace iGor. If I bought an iPod Video (60GB) it would replace iGor and then some.

I don't need all the capabilities of the iPod Video, so part of me leans towards getting the Nano, because something for walking around/taking on public transportation is all I really want. But then again, I feel like soon any iPod I get without video capability will feel obsolete, and for $150 more the video has soooooooooooooo much more than the Nano.

So, anyone have one or the other or both? Any recommendations? Any warnings? I'm torn! I'm usually all decisive when it comes to buying things, but I just don't know at the moment.
