It occurs to me, I haven't mentioned what I'm doing next week. BEEEAAACCHH! Whoo! Some friends and I are renting a place right on the beach in Kitty Hawk, whichever Carolina.

I'm so very excited. I mean, technically, Paris should count, but vacation with my parents didn't feel like a vacation. I plan to read, and lounge, and do nothing. A lot. SOOOOOOO excited.

I'm a smidge worried because my ancestors? Oh yes, they are from The North, and I'm not sure I won't get fried. Also, Ernesto. Let's all cross our fingers that the hurricanes avoid me, mmmkay?

On to other things -- I've been listening to the new Muse album, and it is AWESOME. "Supermassive Black Hole" has to be one of the catchiest songs, ever. There is no volume too loud.

Both your YouTube links link to the same thing, but wow! Federer is super human! My heart breaks for Andy Roddick, and I love the way he goes around the net to shake Federer's hand! He's such a nice guy, I wish he would win more.

Also, your icon makes me laugh, because just the night before last me and my flatmate watched The Cutting Edge for about the tenth time in recent history. Love that film!

It's a trade off. Federer is better at tennis, but Roddick is hotter.

This shows in part why tennis is one of the few sports I'll watch and follow.

You know, Roddick is cute and all, but Federer is a) Swiss, so he's got the languages I dig and b) SUPREMELY COMPETENT, which is irresistible to me.

Also, floppy hair, which is just adorable.
