imwaldeGah! The start of the 2011 Washington Post Peeps Diorama contest has been announced, but I only just saw the notice, and entries are due Monday! I fucking love this contest, but I don't know if I have enough time to pull one off. I also don't have a clear vision for what diorama to do. I am torn!

Ironically, I just yesterday broke down and drove a whole metric fuckton of boxes, including many diorama suitable boxes, to the recycling place. Sigh, that will teach me to clean up the guest room.
And another topic I need a second opinion on: EW.com listed their top 25 Sexiest Movies Ever, and have Last of the Mohicans on the list. Their writeup on it, though, has me confused, as it describes the Sexiest Moment thusly: "At the fort, Hawkeye seeks out Cora, gazes at her with blunt lust, then leads her to a nook where they engage in a make-out session both intense and tender."
Make-out session? Is that all that is happening? Because I totally thought all this time they were fucking in that alcove. (The soundtrack is awesome at that moment.)
In happier news, today for the second time in a week, I had free pancakes at IHOP. Last week was Free Short Stack Day (which I had gone to once before) and this time when I donated to charity, I got a coupon as a thank you for yet another free short stack redeemable today. It was insanely crowded today, too, just tragically understaffed, unlike last time. Still, NOM NOM NOM and free is free.
