I really don't know where all this is going, and that is a something that I consistently love about this show.
Unstake My Heart! The book Audrey is reading in the pilot, that she loans to Agent Howard, what is that doing in Jennifer's box of stuff?! Timeline-wise, if it's the same copy of the book, it would mean that Agent Howard had contact with Jennifer's birth parents recently. Dunno! I really really really love Duke loving Audrey, so I expected to be a little miffed at him getting involved with Jennifer, but actually, they are super cute. I think he needs to come clean about his complicated feelings for Audrey so that Jennifer can decide whether to proceed or not with her eyes open. And I think I figured out her Trouble. It's unnatural calm in the face of CREEPY AS FUCK HORSESHOE CRABS WITH EYES. Plus the whole hearing the Barn thing, whatever.
Duuuuuuke! Saving the day with scuba suits! I am so glad Duke's Wade secret blew over. I like that Nathan saw Duke's emotional freakout as an emotional freakout, and when he figured out the root cause, was sympathetic, instead of accusatory.
I'm annoyed that we were robbed of the Nathan/Audrey morning after bed snuggles promised by the preview last week! Their morning after pancake preparation was cute, sure, but the cut scene better be on the DVDs! I'm thinking maybe Dwight is the way out of the shot fired cliffhanger. Maybe he came around, too, and the bullet heads toward him and his vest instead of Nathan. Of course, that's how I thought the season 2 cliffhanger would be resolved too, and it was nowhere near so complicated.
The nominations for People's Choice Awards don't come out until the 5th, boooooo. I am impatient, tell me now! I voted for Haven many many many many times; I hope it got a nomination.
