Ok, it's 8:52, and still no trick-or-treaters. Which makes the third Halloween in a row with no trick-or-treaters. As in zero. In three years.

I HAVE CANDY, KIDS, DO YOU NOT WANT THE CANDY?

Seriously, I know there are children who live in my apartment complex, because I see and hear them playing. What gives? Did they all drive to the nicer communities where the rich people live rather than walk upstairs?

I got Nerds, Skittles, and KitKats -- who wants some?
