question...
Feb. 28th, 2006 12:27 amOk, so my friend Marko put an offer on a condo. He found it for a good price, but it's not a once-in-a-lifetime-must-purchase deal. But when he noticed that the people selling it weren't the name on the documents, he Googled the guy.
And, it turns out HE WAS MURDERED. IN THE CONDO. (It's his parents who are selling.)
Marko is a little creeped out by this, especially as he now remembers that, like, one part of one wall was reeeeeeally recently painted. Which is ooogy. And he's thinking about withdrawing his offer, because it's not so cheap that's it's a no-brainer, although it is in a good location.

Also, could someone please send me Apolo Anton Ohno giftwrapped? Yum.

Date: 2006-03-01 04:59 am (UTC)It's one thing to know someone died, but truly, you wouldn't be weirded out to know that the owner immediately preceding you was murdered, and that's why the condo is vacant? Hey, if so, want to buy a two-bedroom condo in Virginia?
